1. What have you been up to: 你一直以来都在忙些什么呢？

2. make it: 成功；做成某事。

3. pull off: （成功地或艰苦地）完成，做成。例如：That horse will pull off the race.（那匹马会跑赢。）

4. nail this contract: 敲定这份合同。

5. spitting image: 简直一模一样的人。例如：That man is the spitting image of Ronald Reagan. He must be very proud.（那个人和里根像是一个模子打出来的，他一定很引以为傲。）
