The highest legal authority in Greece is due to hear an appeal contesting the legitimacy of Sunday’s referendum on the international bailout.Lawyers have been debating whether the vote violates constitutional rules.Greece Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis said the referendum would allow the country to choose between a bad imposed agreement and viable deal that would expire out with economic recovery.From Athens ,Chris Morris.

”The Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras says its vote for or against austerity and rejection of the term offered by his country’s creditors would strengthen his hand in future negotiations,but the opposition backed up by some warning from elsewhere in Europe,says this is,in a fact,a vote on whether to stay in the Euro zone.The IMF has also warned the rest of Euro zone,that in a long term,Greece’s debts are unsustainable,and may need to offer a comprehensive debt relief ,politically ,that is unpalatable fault.”

希腊首相齐普拉斯称，无论投票结果是赞同还是反对紧缩政策，债权国拒绝希腊建议将会加强他在未来的洽谈，但是有欧洲国家支撑的反对派表示，事实上这就是是否继续留在欧元区的投票。国际货币基金组织曾警告欧元区其它国家，称从长远来看，希腊的债务是无法维持的，可能需要提供更充分的资金救助，这将是令人难以接受的错误。

China’s announced that it is investigating suspected manipulation of its stock market after they suffered the worst collapse in years.The Chinese security’s regulator was also reported to suspended 19 accounts that short selling the market,that is betting stocks would fall.Martin Patience is in Beijing.

” Until a few weeks ago,the Chinese market were among the best performers of the world.The Shanghai exchanged more than double its value in 12 months.But in recent days,China’s market has suffered huge losses,wiping trillions of dollars of share value.Now a Chinese security regulator says it is investigating whether parties are mis-selling financial products. And they say there is no growing panic in the market as investors try to offer the shares to stand their losses.

South Korea is to increase public spending to counter the slowdown of its economy.The government has decided to increase spending by more than 10 billion dollars to counter sluggish spending by consumers and businesses. As our Korea correspondent Steven Evans reports this is a different approach from that currently being adopted in Europe.

An unmanned Russia rocket has blasted off on the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on the supply errand to the international space station.Flight controllers were relieved the initial liftoff went without any mishaps. Two previous supply rockets were lost in accidents.Last Sunday,a rocket exploded shortly after launch.

Spiders have been found to travel across water like ships,using their legs as sail and silk as anchor. Researchers in Nottingham University in England say spiders adopt postures that allow them to use wind currents to move.Test carried out on trace of water showed many species already let their legs in the air to catch the wind,spiders were already known to use their silk,in so called balloons to able them to fly.
