　　A:Speaking from a broad sense，Yoga is philosophy;speaking from a narrow sense，Yoga is a kind of activity that combines spirit and flesh. The Yoga we are talking about refers to the method of prac- lice，which is used to promote people's physical， intellectual and mental harmony and health.

　　A:从广义上讲，瑜伽是哲学;从狭义上讲，瑜伽是一种精神与肉体的结合运动;而现在所讲的瑜伽，是指练功方法，用来增进人们身体、心智和精神的和谐与健康。

　　B:I see Yoga is very popular in India nowadays and furthermore,the Indian people hold a right and simple attitude to Yoga. They make use of is ways of obtaining a healthy physical condition and keeping physiological harmony to reach a perfect spiritual state. It is not ran-dourly followed to pursue vogue. Scientists，teachers，doctors, businessmen，administrators，students, peasants and housewives are all practicing Yoga.

　　B:我看当今瑜伽在印度很流行;而且印度人对瑜伽都抱着一种正确、朴素的态度，把它作为获得身体健康和保持生理协调、以此达到精神上完美状态的方法丽采用的，丽不是为追时髦随意跟从。科学家、教师、医生、商入、管理人员、学生、农民、家庭主妇等都在练瑜伽。

　　C:Not only this. From America to Europe，from Japan to Australia,even in Africa it is very popular. Yoga has become the treasure of all human beings.

　　C:不仅如此，从美国到欧洲，从日本到澳大利亚，还有非洲等地都特别流行，瑜伽已成为全人类的财富。

　　A:Most Indians practice Hatha-Yoga. Through physical and mental control to purify the people's body and spirit to ensure the balance and harmony of body and mind.

　　A:大多数印度人练的是哈塔瑜伽，通过身心的控制，使身体和精神得到净化，以保证身心的平衡与协调。

　　B:In fact，Yoga is inter-linked with some“exercises"of ancient China，such as the Daoyin Exercise.

　　A:要不怎么都是东方文化呢!以后有机会一定好好研究研究。

　　A:That is why they are all oriental cultures. I will have a thorough study if 1 have the chance thereafter.
