2--How long do we have to wait before we get the approval after handling in the application?
1--Not too long. The Trademark Office examines the application. issues preliminary approval and publishes the trademark. All these will take two or three months.
2--How long will the registered trademark remain valid.
1--Ten years from the date of registration.
2--What if we want to continue to use the trademark?
1--You have to apply for a renewal within five months before expiry.
