A guideline detailing the skills needed by adults who provide charity services to children - such as day care, physical therapy and education - was jointly released by five social agencies in Beijing, based on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
五个社会组织在北京联合发布指南,详细列出从事日常照料、物理治疗以及教育等儿童公益服务人员必备的行为技能,该指南是基于联合国《儿童权利公约》的基本原则制订的。
《指南》共包括三个重要部分,即一线儿童工作者十大核心素养(key qualities)、十大专业能力(professional skills)以及具体的行为准则(behavioral standards)。
一线儿童工作者十大核心素养
认同(identification)、正直(integrity)、责任(responsibility)、协作(coordination)、沟通(communication)、表达(expression)、专业(professionalism)、抗压(pressure-proofness)、恒心(perseverance)、发展(development)
一线儿童工作者十大专业能力
明确理念(having a clear understanding of principles)、熟悉政策(being familiar with policies)、管理项目(managing projects)、评估需求(assessing demands)、了解儿童(knowing children)、建立关系(establishing connections)、引导行为(guiding behavior)、顺应变化(adapting to changes)、支持参与(supporting participation)、树立榜样(setting good examples)

遵循非歧视原则
avoiding discrimination
最大限度地保护儿童、促进身心发展
