The "Build a Bitch" singer (whose legal name is Denarie Poarch) and ex-husband Tyler Poarch finalized their divorce in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles on Tuesday, documents obtained by PEOPLE confirm, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason.

Last week, 26-year-old Bella appeared on the Call Her Daddy podcast and spoke about the relationship's timeline, revealing they met in the military when they were both 19 years old. "We were both very introverted, and as soon as we saw each other we kind of fell in love. It was, like, love at first sight," she told host Alex Cooper.

"He definitely helped me through a lot of the dark times," she said, adding that she was his first relationship, while he was her second. "We did a lot of our firsts together."

The pair got married on Jan. 28, 2019, according to court documents. She said on Call Her Daddy that they eloped in a small Hawaii ceremony, explaining with a laugh, "We didn't want to deal with saying our vows in front of our families."
