　　同意。同意。同意。不能同意更多。走路打电话或者盯着手机屏幕的危险性并不亚于开车玩手机，因为行人会无暇顾及变化的交通信号灯、路口忽然驶出的车辆、对面的行人、路灯杆、高速驾驶的摩托车等;当他们一边走路一边听音乐的时候，甚至听不到汽车的鸣笛声，引发了很多交通事故。如果法律禁止此类行为，行人的安全就能得到保障。

　　I’m all for this idea, as the use of cell phone while walking pose serious threat to pedestrians’ safety. Say you’re on the phone while crossing the street, you may fail to notice the change of traffic signal or hear the car horn like crazy behind you. Then the chance of traffic accident is doubled or even tripled. If related laws are enforced, the government would play a more active role in forbidding such risky behaviors; also the pedestrians would better discipline themselves while walking. I’m sure we’ll witness a sharp decrease in the occurrence of traffic accident. That’s why I like this idea.
