二、不定冠词的固定搭配

1.用于of后表示“同一个，相同的”

be of an age 同龄　　　　　be of a colour 相同颜色

be of a kind 相同种类　　　be of a height 相同高度

be of a size 相同尺寸　　　be of a type 相同型号

Birds of a feather flock together.物以类聚，人以群分。

The two flowers look different，but they are of a kind.

这两朵花看上去不同，但是同一类的。

The coats are of a size，but of different colors.

这外套尺寸一样，但颜色不同。

We are all of an age.我们都是同龄人。

2.与动词一起构成固定短语

（1）give a concert 举行音乐会　　　　give a shout 大喊
