美国求职网站theladders.com发布了最不受HR(人力资源)主管欢迎的履历表用词,很多求职者看了,心脏都紧了一下:“原来我是这样被刷掉的。”一起看看你的履历命中了几个淘汰词:
左右两边的用词都是正面的,只差在左边要么“太华丽”,都是你在说;要么“大众脸”,没有清楚轮廓。华丽不一定错,但字字华丽,就象是一篇满是惊叹号的文章,也等于整篇文章没重点;think outside of the box、team player这些词都很正面,只是太大众脸,难以给HR主管留下深刻印象。
受到HR主管欢迎的英文词,都比较有“动感”,也就是可以预期后面会看到成绩、数字,achieve / improve / influence这些动词后面一定会接facts。要怎么让具体贡献来说话?我们来看有效范例。
