中介：您看这间房子怎么样?

客户：嗯，八楼，两室一厅，装修看上去还不错。

中介：这间房子八十平米，采光好。地点也好，离市中心近。

客户：这里交通方便吗?

中介：方便!出小区步行五分钟就有公交站和地铁站。

客户：这儿一个月的租金是多少?

中介：八千块。

客户：这么贵!我再想想吧。

Agent: It covers 80 square meters with good natural lighting and position. It’s near the downtown.

Client: Is it easily accessible?

Client: How much is the rent?

Agent: 8000 yuan.
