实用英语对话:骨折

心涛：医生，我今天骑自行车不小心摔倒了。不但崴了脚，更严重的是现在左胳膊动不了了。

医生：我看看。嗯……脚踝和胳膊都已经肿了。

心涛：严重吗？

医生：脚踝只是扭伤，没什么事。

心涛：那胳膊呢，不会是骨折了吧？

医生：这得拍个X光片子才能确定。

心涛：要是真的骨折了怎么办啊？

医生：那就得打石膏了。

 

X: doctor, I accidentally broke my leg when I rode my bike today. I not only sprained my ankle, but also hurt my left arm.

Doctor: let me see. Well, both your ankle and your arm were swollen.

X：is it serious?

Doctor: your ankle was sprained, but it is not a big deal.

X：what about my arm? Is it fractured?

Doctor: I am not sure, unless we have an X-ray on it.

X: what if it is fractured?

Doctor: then you have to wearing a cast.
