YY: Hello, I would like to return two tickets.

Attendant: Hello! We only return 95 % of the price of a returned ticket. Are you sure you want to return them?

YY: Yes, I am sure.

A: Ok. You have successfully returned the tickets. Here is your money.

YY: Thank you!
