妈妈你在看什么呢?

妈妈: A teleplay.

一部电视剧。

女儿: What’s on now?

现在在上演什么呢?

妈妈: The stepmother is slapping her stepdaughter in the face. The stepmother should be put into jail. Her stepdaughter is beautiful and cute. Why doesn’t she like her?

那个继母在扇她继女的耳光，这个继母应该被扔进监狱，她的继女那么的漂亮和乖巧，为什么她就不喜欢她呢?

女儿: How I know it? It’s just a teleplay. Mum, I want to watch a movie with my friend. OK?

我怎么知道呢?这只是一部电视剧，妈妈，我想和一个朋友出去看电影，可以吗?

妈妈: With who? Boy or girl?

和谁啊?男的还是女的?

女儿: A high school classmate. A boy.

一个高中同学，男的。

妈妈: : Does he want to go after you? What is his father doing? How many siblings does he have?

他想追你吗?他父亲是做什么的?他们家有多少个兄弟姐妹?

女儿: What’s on now? Mum, I just go out to watch a movie with him, not marry him right now.

现在在上演什么呢?妈妈，我只是和他出去看部电影，不是马上就要嫁给他。

妈妈: I don’t agree.

我不同意。
