A: Oh, I forgot to bring the insect repellent.

B: Never mind, I don’t think there will be any bugs at this time of year.

think through: 彻底地全面考虑。

an empty shell: 形容某人性格上软弱、虚弱。也可以形容感情上凄凉、空寂。
