Dear Zhang Hua，

The other day you confessed to me that you are much depressed about your appearance and would like to undergo a plastic surgery in the following summer holiday to become a man-made beauty．I feel it a duty to talk to you about it as your intimate friend．I deeply understand your eagerness to become pretty．Nevertheless，I don't consider it as a sound decision for you to take a plastic surgery for the following reasons．

In the first place，I hold the belief that nature is the most fascinating beauty．Nature and health are to beauty what wings are to birds．As there is no telling the outcome of the surgery，you are pursuing the artificial beauty at the risk of your health．Furthermore，you should have a more comprehensive understanding of beauty．Beauty refers not only to the appeal of your physical look，but also to the integral impression you make on others，such as your positive attitude towards life，your vitality，your liveliness．Thus，to try to be more attractive，why not bring out the best of you by taking seriously the pursuit of wisdom，confidence and health？
