快餐在中国变得越来越流行了，尤其在孩子们和青少年之中。如今，很难想象某一种事物能够像快餐一样如此强烈地反映出现代社会的快节奏。

快餐的流行存在多方面的原因。首先，快餐十分便捷，节省时间。现代社会的趋势似乎都指向了一个终极目标--节省时间，而快餐很好地实现了这一目的。其次，快餐厅干净舒适的环境、优质的服务以及质量有保证的食物也是导致快餐流行的原因。

然而，从营养学角度看，快餐远无法达到令人满意的程度。通常，快餐的饮食结构并不平衡，医生建议人们，尤其是孩子们，尽量少吃快餐。

因此，只有当你赶时间的时候，快餐是好的选择，偶尔吃上一两次很不错。
