1、英文求职信应注意的格式问题

(1)信封的写法

在绝大多数情况下，外企在华的分支机构或分公司都会在招聘广告中给出中文地址，毕竟入乡随俗，也可以避免邮递员因为看不懂外语而投递困难。在这种情况下，你只需按我国的习惯书写信封就可以了，只是人名方面须要注意。如果广告上写的联系人是中文，那么就直写“××先生收”、“××女士收”好了;但如果联系人的名字是英文，你千万不要擅自把它译为中文，哪怕这个名字看起来很普遍、很熟悉，如“James”不要写成“詹姆士”，“Smith”不要写成“史密斯”。
