英国银行成迪拜比较大债权人：敞口约为50亿美元

英国《金融时报》获悉，英国各银行对迪拜世界(Dubai World)的总风险敞口约为50亿美元。这证实了一点，英国银行的确是这家陷入危机的酋长国控股公司的最大外国债权人集团。

UK banks have a total exposure to Dubai World of about bn, the Financial Times has learnt, confirming them as the biggest foreign creditor group at the crisis-hit emirate holding company.

自迪拜世界上周宣布暂停偿债以来，各银行仍在忙着确定自己对该公司的风险敞口。

Banks are still scrambling to pin down their exposure to Dubai World since the announcement last week of a standstill to debt repay-ments.

但一些知情银行家昨晚表示，在英国银行中，苏格兰皇家银行(RBS)对迪拜世界的风险敞口最大，汇丰(HSBC)、渣打银行(Standard Chartered)和劳埃德银行(Lloyds)紧随其后。

But bankers close to the situation said last night that Royal Bank of Scotland was the most exposed of the UK banks, ahead of HSBC, Standard Chartered and Lloyds.

Of the bn of Dubai World debt, they said that RBS had between bn and bn of exposure, compared with about bn apiece for the other UK institutions.

一位了解债务组合的资深银行家表示，Emirates NBD (Emirates National Bank of Dubai)是最大的单个债权人，拥有未偿贷款约30亿美元。

One senior banker with knowledge of the debt portfolio said that Emirates National Bank of Dubai was the biggest single creditor with outstanding lending of about bn.

不过，这些英国银行的大量贷款据信集中在迪拜世界仍在运转的部分，其中包括迪拜世界港口公司(DP World)和杰拜勒·阿里自由区(Jebel Ali Free Zone)。

The UK banks are understood to have much of their lending focused on the still-performing parts of Dubai World, however, including DP World and Jebel Ali Free Zone.

According to people close to the situation, that reduces the exposure to the bn of Dubai World debt that is being restructured to about 0m for RBS, and 0m for StanChart, far smaller than many had feared. The banks declined to comment.

最大的15名债权人还包括：法国巴黎银行(BNP Paribas)、 法国兴业银行(Société Générale)和东方汇理银行(Calyon)等国际银行。

Other top 15 creditors include international banks such as BNP Paribas, Société Générale and Calyon.
