So I've been thinking, this summer instead of our usual holiday rental, I'd like to try renting a camper van and exploring a bit more.

"A camper van? You mean to spend the summer living out of a car?"

This way, we wouldn't have to be locked into one place during our holiday. We'd be able to visit so many more places and travel at our own pace. The rates of most hotels and holiday homes really soar in the summer anyway. We'd probably save a lot of money as well."
