Cat Hating Husband

A man hated his wife’s cat and he decided to get rid of it. He drove 20 blocks away from home and dropped the cat there. The cat was already walking up the driveway when he approached his home.

The next day，he decided to drop the cat 40 blocks away but the same thing happened. He kept on increasing the number of blocks but the cat kept on coming home before him. At last he decided to drive a few miles away，turn right，then left，past the bridge，then right again and another right and so on until he reached what he thought was a perfect spot and dropped the cat there.

Hours later，the man called his wife at home and asked her，“Jean，is the cat there？”“Yes，why do you ask？”answered the wife. Frustrated the man said，“Put that cat on the phone，I am lost and I need directions.”

一男子非常讨厌他妻子的猫，决心丢掉它。他把车开到离家二十个街区的地方，扔下了猫。当他快到家时，发现猫正沿着车道漫步呢。

第二天，他决定把猫扔在离家四十个街区远的地方，但结果猫还是回来了。他一次次把猫扔在离家越来越远的街区，但猫每次都比他提前到家。最后，他决定驾车到几十英里以外，先向右转，再向左转，过了一座桥，然后向右转，接着再向右转，最后他到达了一个自己认为最适合的地方，把猫扔在了那儿。

几个小时后，男子打电话给家里的妻子问道：“珍，猫在家吗？”“是的，你问这干吗？”妻子回答说。男子垂头丧气地说：“让猫接电话，我迷路了，让它告诉我怎么回家。”
