小男孩和牧师

A little boy got on the bus, sat next to a man reading a book, and noticed he had his collar on backwards.

一个小男孩上了公交车，坐在一位正在读书的男人旁边，他注意到这个男人的衣领朝里翻。

The little boy asked why he wore his collar that way. The man, who was a priest, said,

小男孩问这个男人为什么他这样弄他的衣领，这位牧师回答道，

"I am a Father."

“我是一个父亲”

The little boy replied, "My daddy doesn't wear his collar like that."

小男孩回应道，“我的爸爸可不那样整衣领。”

The priest looked up from his book and answered, "I am the Father of many."

牧师抬起头，说道，“我是许多人的父亲。”

The boy said, "My dad has 4 boys, 4 girls and two grandchildren and he doesn't wear his collar that way."

小男孩说，“我的爸爸有4个儿子，4个女儿和两个外孙，他也不那样整衣领“

The priest, getting impatient, said, "I am the Father of hundreds," and went back to reading his book.

牧师有点不耐烦，说，“我是好几百人的父亲。”说完又继续看书了。

The little boy sat quietly thinking for a while, then leaned over and said:

"Maybe you should wear your pants backwards instead of your collar.

“或许你应该反着穿裤子而不是领子朝里翻。”
