春节假期非现金支付交易14.9万亿元

Non-cash payments handled by Chinese banks saw an increase during the seven-day Spring Festival holiday, according to China's central bank. Non-cash payments stood at 14.9 trillion yuan from Jan 31 to Feb 6, up 16.2 percent year-on-year, the People's Bank of China said on Monday.

中国人民银行2月7日出炉的最新数据显示，2022年1月31日除夕至2月6日正月初六，全国非现金支付金额14.9万亿元，较去年同期分别增长16.2%。

Of the total, non-cash retail transactions of commercial tenants saw strong performance during the holidays, posting an increase of 22.9 percent year-on-year.
其中，零售类商户非现金交易表现强劲，支付金额较去年同期增长22.9%。

Meanwhile, transactions in the catering sector gained 29.6 percent year-on-year as demand related to gatherings surged, the central bank said.
春节期间亲朋聚会等餐饮消费需求旺盛，餐饮类商户支付金额较去年同期增长29.6%。

Transactions in the transport sector climbed 18.8 percent from the year before, while those for hotel bookings surged 26.9 percent.
交通行业商户支付金额较去年同期增长18.8%，酒店住宿类商户支付金额较去年同期增长26.9%。
