国家远程医疗自闭症注册登记平台今日向社会开放

A telemedicine platform for people with autism, thefirst of its kind in China, opened to public registrationTuesday, the People's Daily app reported.

据《人民日报》app报道，中国首个自闭症远程医疗平台将于周二向公众开放注册。

Registered patients with autism will be able toreceive various services from diagnosis andconsultation to treatment, nursing andrehabilitation training by pediatricians, nurses, careworkers and educators and offline medicalinstitutions included in China's national telemedicine system.

登记在册的自闭症患者将能够从诊断咨询到治疗、护理和康复培训，接受到来自儿科医生、护士、护理人员和教育工作者以及纳入国家远程医疗系统的线下医疗机构提供的各种服务。

By means of telemedicine technologies, the platform also offers training and educationprograms in partnership with overseas rehabilitation institutions for domestic families withan autistic member.

通过远程医疗技术，该平台还与海外康复机构合作，为家中患有自闭症的家庭成员提供康复训练和教育项目。

The platform is jointly launched by the National Telemedicine and Connected Health Center, the Telemedicine Management and Training Center and the Primary-care TelemedicineDevelopment Directory Center under the National Health Commission and the Beijing JingyiRehabilitation Center for Autistic Children.

该平台由国家远程医疗与联网卫生中心、远程医疗管理培训中心、国家卫生委员会初级保健远程医疗发展指南中心和北京京医康复中心共同推出。

April 2 marks World Autism Awareness Day, and the theme for this year was determined as"Assistive Technologies, Active Participation" by the United Nations.

4月2号是世界自闭症宣传日，联合国把今年的主题定为“辅助技术，积极参与。”

Today, autism affects more than 10 million people in China, 98.7 percent of which have noaccess to proper treatment provided by formal rehabilitation facilities, said the newspaper.

新闻报道称，中国现在有超过一千万人受自闭症影响，其中98.7%的人无法享受正规康复机构提供的治疗方案。
