中国海归就业创业调查报告出炉

The number of Chinese students returning from abroad has grown by leaps and bounds due to better job prospects at home and tightening work and immigration policies overseas, according to a new report.

一份最新报告显示，因国内更好的就业前景以及海外就业和移民政策的收紧，留学生回国的人数增长迅速。

In 2017, 608,400 students from China went abroad while 480,900 returned, according to the Ministry of Education.

教育部数据显示，2017年，我国出国留学人员总数达60.84万人，留学回国人员总数达48.09万人。

Nearly 80% of students chose to return to China after completing overseas studies last year, up from 30% in 2007 and 5% in 1987.

去年接近80%留学生在完成学业后选择回国，而在2007年和1987年，这一比例分别是30%和5%。

The Report on Employment and Entrepreneurship of Chinese Returnees, based on a survey of 2,190 overseas returnees in July, was jointly released last Sunday by the Center for China and Globalization, a Beijing think tank, and recruitment website Zhaopin.

这份《中国海归就业创业调查报告》是基于7月份对2190名海归的调查得出的。该报告由北京的中国与全球化智库和招聘网站智联招聘于上周日联合发布的。

 

40% of respondents chose to return because of more job opportunities in China, while 27% feared that employment and immigration regulations abroad may hinder their career development, the report said.

该报告称，40%的受访者选择回国是因为国内就业机会更多，27%是因为担心海外的就业和移民政策或影响其职业发展。

Overseas-educated Chinese still prefer to work in China's first-tier cities after returning home.

归国留学生就业时仍然青睐国内一线城市。

About 20 percent of respondents returning from overseas chose to work in Beijing, followed by Guangdong province (including Guangzhou and Shenzhen) and Shanghai, at 14.6 percent and 11.4 percent, respectively.

在受访海归当中，约有20%的人选择在北京市工作，其次是广东省(包括广州市和深圳市)及上海市，分别为14.6%和11.4%。
