湖南多地遭洪水侵袭！这些实用自救技能不得不知！

6月以来，我国江南等地接连遭遇6次强降雨过程，频繁的雨水导致江南大部、华南北部、贵州降水量较常年同期明显偏多，其中湖南中部偏多1-2倍。防汛救灾形势严峻，灾情也牵动着全国人民的心。

在连日暴雨后，湖南湘江水位上涨，已于周日(7月2日)超过历史最高水位。

Days of torrential rain in central China's Hunan Province raised the water level of the Xiangjiang River, a major tributary of the Yangtze River, to exceed its record flood level Sunday.

同时，洞庭湖以及湖南境内的其他水系的水位也超过了警戒水位，对防汛抗洪造成非常大的挑战。

Meanwhile, the water levels in Dongting Lake and several other major rivers in Hunan have all risen above warning levels, worsening the flood control situation.

而每当出现灾难的时候，总会有一群人义无反顾的冲上前线，成为大家最有力的依靠，哪里有险情，哪里就有他们的身影，他们成为抗洪救灾中一道道令人感动的风景。

但是在洪水面前，除了等待救援，一些自救技能不能不知：

暴雨来临：

如有暴雨迫近，我们应做如下准备：

Pack a bag with important items in case you need to evacuate. Don't forget to include needed medications.

重要物品打包，准备随时撤离。记得要准备必需的药品。

If there is any possibility of a flash flood, move immediately to higher ground.

如果可能发生骤发洪水，请立即转移到高地。

Turn off utilities at the main switches or valves if instructed to do so.

若接到指示，立即关上家用设备总电源或阀门。

雨中行走:

下暴雨时，尽量不要外出，如必须外出，要密切观察道路情况。

如果在淹没路面出现旋涡，那可能是没盖子的下水道口。

美国《国家地理》杂志也给出了雨中行走的几条建议：

Do not walk through moving water.

勿在流动水中行走。

Use a stick to check the firmness of the ground in front of you.

用棍检查前方地面是否坚实。

Do not touch electrical equipment if you are wet or standing in water.

如果被淋湿了或站在水中，请勿触摸带电设备。
