Pollution has a negative effect on innovation in China. Some of the country's most brilliant talent wants to work in the United States to escape from smog, and it is increasingly difficult to hire top-notch talent from the US. It is concern about the environment rather than pay that affects their decisions.

环境污染和雾霾天气不利于中国吸引和留住创新人才。环境污染的加剧，雾霾时间的增多，使得很多国内优秀的人才想去美国发展，从美国吸引人才回来的难度也在加大。工资待遇现在已经不是影响人才决定去留的主要原因，而对环境污染的担心才是。

People shouldn't make a fuss about the problems involving tourists from the Chinese mainland who have helped to boost Hong Kong's economy and directly or indirectly created 800,000 jobs. We need to actively and steadily solve such problems by taking both short-term and long-term influence into consideration.

对于目前“个人游”项目运行中出现的一些问题无需大惊小怪，“个人游”促进了香港经济发展，香港直接或间接解决就业人数达80万人。要积极稳妥地处理好相关问题，但在具体处理过程中，不能只考虑近期的问题，也要考虑中长期的发展。
