调研报告格式
调研报告的核心是实事求是地反映和分析客观事实。
对某一情况、某一事件、某一经验或问题，经过在实践中对其客观实际情况的调查了解，将调查了解到的全部情况和材料进行“去粗取精、去伪存真、由此及彼、由表及里”的分析研究，揭示出本质，寻找出规律，总结出经验，最后以书面形式陈述出来，这就是调研报告。
调研报告的核心是实事求是地反映和分析客观事实。调研报告主要包括两个部分：一是调查，二是研究。调查，应该深入实际，准确地反映客观事实，不凭主观想象，按事物的本来面目了解事物，详细地占有材料。研究，即在掌握客观事实的基础上，认真分析，透彻地揭示事物的本质。至于对策，调研报告中可以提出一些看法，但不是主要的。因为，对策的制定是一个深入的、复杂的、综合的研究过程，调研报告提出的对策是否被采纳，能否上升到政策，应该经过政策预评估。
