　　第一步，就是听。在完全没有看过原文的情况下听。因为生词很多，每个句子又很长，通常我只能听到句子中个别字词，几乎不能明白整个句子的意思，只能对所听内容有一个很初步的了解。听几遍呢?至少5遍。在认真听的过程中，个别前面没听出的词或句子在下一遍可能会听出更多一些。期间要注意克服打瞌睡的情况，有两种情况下极容易让人犯困，一种是听力内容极其简单，语速又慢时，会让人提不起劲儿;另一种是听力内容非常难，语速又快，让人怎么都跟不上节奏。如果感觉自己困，不妨拿起笔随便写写，维持自己的精神状态。不要被听不懂的英语打败，毕竟没有人生来就会任何语言，都是通过后天长时间学会的，要有耐心和恒心。
　　第二步，查生词或一些短语搭配，记发音，根据网络词典中的英文翻译，确定生词在文章中的准确含义。然后结合上下文，琢磨文章大意。将生词保留到手机生词本，定时复习。比如“at a stretch”，虽然我知道stretch有一个动词含义是伸展，但这里短语就用作名词，名词的含义我不知道，所以要查词，查询后知道这是一口气的意思，代入进去，符合原文大意。记单词，不能仅仅就是记单词，最好要将它连着介词的短语一起记忆，这有利于分类记忆，同时能记住短语使用的场景，方便组词造句，顺便造个句子，“I learned 10 pages at a stretch”。第二步的阅读理解至关重要，我们必须搞懂里面在讲什么，后面才能听清听懂。
　　第三步，一边听一边看，跟着阅读文章。这个时候，要特别关注发音和句中停顿，哪里快哪里慢，也会存在连读现象，记住和习惯有声书阅读的声调，享受它，尽量去模仿它。
　　第四步，脱离文章继续听。这个时候会发现原来听不清的地方会渐渐清楚起来，当然水平问题有些地方还是会听不清，不要着急，抽点时间多听几遍。听到原本查过的单词或短语，脑海里过一遍，回想一下含义，就能记牢一些。听的过程中，可以试试能不能脱离文章自己复述，这样几遍下来，想必文章会相当熟悉。
　　第五步，隔几天后再听。之前四步学习的文章熟悉后，往后面的章节内容学，学几天后再回过头重新听之前的内容，温故而知新。
　　这样五个步骤，知易行难。听不清，听不懂，内心烦躁，受到打击，学习过程中心态问题会多多少少干扰学习的进度，甚至半途而废。
