Many people have the habit of wearing the same pajamas for 2 or more consecutive days. This habit needs to be changed now.

很多人都有连续两天或两天以上穿同一件睡衣的习惯。这个习惯现在需要改变了。

In everyday life, there are a lot of habits that seem harmless, but are the causes of many diseases. People often ignore or do not care about habits such as wearing tight clothes, not having breakfast, staying up late... These habits do not cause illness immediately, but silently devastates the body. One of the bad habits that many people often overlook is wearing the same pyjamas for 2 consecutive days.

1. Staphylococcus bacteria

When you put on yesterday's pyjamas, the Staphylococcus bacteria will clump together and start breeding. These bacteria can get inside the skin through wounds and cause infection.
