Live Octopus and Frogs

Alive and squirming, shoppers will find buckets ofoctopi and frogs in the produce section. Octopus isa Korean delicacy that’s eaten alive in a dish calledsannakji, in which asmall octopus is chopped up andserved right away so that diners can see the piecessquirming on their plates. And in some easterncountries, mainly China,Vietnam and Japan, livefrogsare served up filleted with their hearts still beatingand their limbs still moving.
