　　Research. I have an extensive cookbook library at home where I can find recipes, food history and information. I write a first rough draft for my article.

　　做些研究工作。我家 里有个图书室，里面有数量庞大的烹饪书籍，我可以从中查找食谱、食品历史和信息。我开始写文章初稿。

　　My assistant arrives with the ingredients and begins cooking. I oversee, taste the recipes as each one is finished, make notes and deal with problems as they arise.

　　我的助手买食材回来了，并开始烹饪食物。我在一旁监督，每道菜做好后品尝，记录，并随时处理突发问题。
