1　be nice of sb. 用于it/ that is nice of sb.结构中，主语必须是it 或that ，表示某人“心眼好，为人善良”。

It is very nice of you. 你真是太好了。（可用that ）

It is nice of you to come to see me. 你来看我真是太好了。（本句中的it为形式主语，不可用that ）

2　be nice to sb. 结构中的主语必须是人、物或做某事，表示“……对某人好”。

He is very nice to me. 他对我非常好。

Getting up early is nice to her. 起床早对她好。（动名词短语 ）
