公交车售票员的工作属于窗口性质的工作，在一定程度上代表着一个城市的文明形象。所以，售票员掌握一些基本的工作礼仪还是必要的。

1．如果公交车没有自动报站系统，售票员就要主动报站，以方便乘客的上下车。如：

The next stop is Window of the World. Please get ready to get off. 下一站是世界之窗。请准备下车。

We've arrived at the Shanghai Hotel. 上海宾馆站到了。

Please remember to take all your luggage/your belongings with you. 请带齐您的行李准备下车。

We're now at People's Square, you may transfer to the bus No.2 or bus No.8. 人民广场到了，您可换乘2路车或8路车

2．在车上应主动提醒乘客注意安全，包括人身安全、财产安全等。如：

Please keep your hand inside the bus. 请不要把手伸到窗外。

Don't stand at the door. 不要在车门处停留。

The bus is crowed, please take care of your belongings. 车上人多，请保管好您的行李物品。

除此之外，在车辆转弯的时候，售票员要及时提醒乘客抓好、扶好。如：

The bus is turning, please hold the rings. 车辆转弯，请抓好扶手。

Please hold fast and sit securely. 请坐稳扶好。

3．当有乘客发生争执、争吵的时候，应该及时有效地劝解。如：

All of us are away from home. So please be patient and tolerant. 大家出门在外，请相互体谅。

Respecting the old and cherishing the young are traditional Chinese virtues. Therefore as young people, you should give your seat to the old. 尊老爱幼是中华民族的传统美德，因此年轻人应该给老人让座位。

Please don't argue any more. Harmony is the first priority of social life. 请不要再争吵了，大家以和为贵嘛。

4．当车晚点而造成乘客投诉的时候，售票员必须认真听取，耐心、客观地解释，不可以不耐烦、不理不睬或一味推卸责任。如：

I am sorry for that the bus may be a little late because of the climate. I am asking for your pardon. 很抱歉，由于天气原因汽车可能会有些晚点，请原谅。

There is a traffic accident on the way. That's why the bus is late. I feel very sorry. 路上发生了交通事故，所以才造成了晚点，非常抱歉。

5．当有乘客询问换乘车路线的时候，在知道的情况下，应该尽可能详细、明确地告诉。如：

（1）请问如何前往……：Excuse me, How do I get to the...?

How do I get to the airport? 请问如何前往机场？

How do I get to the subway station? 请问如何前往地铁站？

How do I get to the train station? 请问如何前往火车站？

（2）请问附近有没有……：Excuse me, Is there... near by?

Is there a bank near by? 请问附近有没有银行？

回答时可用：

You can take No. 52 Tramcar to get to the train station. 你也可以乘坐52路电车去火车站。

I will call you when the bus arrives at the stop where you should get off. 在公交车到你该下的那一站时我会叫你的。

You should transfer to the bus No.85 at the stop of Xinjiekou. 你要在新街口站换乘85路车。

You can change to the bus No.2 at the next stop. 你可以在下一站换乘2路公交车。
