I booked a non-smoking room, but the room I got is a smoking room. 我订的是无烟房，但给我的不是无烟房。

在这里我们本来要的是无烟房，却给一个可以非无烟房。我们只需要陈述事实就好了。
I booked a non-smoking room, but the room I got is a smoking room. 我订的是无烟房，但给我的不是无烟房。

当房型不对时也可以用这个句式
I booked a …room, but the room I got is a … room. 我订的是…房，但是给我的是…房。
I booked a twin room, but the room I got is a double room. 我订的是双床间，现在给我的是个大床房。

比较常见的房型
single room 单人间
double room 双人大床间
twin room 双人双床间
family room 家庭间
suite /swiːt/ 套房
en suite /ɒn ˈswiːt/ 有独立卫生间的套房，通常要几个人共用厨房和客厅
比较常见的
business suite 商务套间
presidential suite 总统套间

跟吸烟有关的一些表达：
non-smoking room 无烟房
smoking room 吸烟房
还可以附加说明一下
