B: The addiction is real. I spend hours on my phone every day. It's the first thing I look at when I wake up.

语音中，两个人对“玩手机上瘾”进行了一段对话，他们都说了些什么呢?
对话中，第一个人说我准备今年少用手机。我觉得我有点上瘾：
"This year I want to use my phone less. I think I'm addicted to it."

比如：This year I want to order food less. 今年我想少叫外卖。
