President Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Erdogan has agreed on a ceasefire in the northwestern Syrian province of Idlib after lengthy talks in Moscow. The ceasefire is to come into effect at midnight Syrian time. Tensions in the region have risen following the killing of more than 30 Turkish troops last week in airstrikes during a Russian-back Syrian government offensive.

The court overruled the Sheikh's efforts to keep the findings of the case secret. He says the judgement only gave just one-side of the story.
