How do you like to go up in a swing,	荡呀荡着秋千上蓝天，
Up in the air so blue?	上蓝天，你呀喜欢不喜欢?
Oh, I do think it the pleasantest thing	我想小孩儿最爱荡秋千，
Ever a child can do !	荡着秋千真好玩，真好玩!
Up in the air and over the wall,	荡过围墙边呀荡上天，
Till I can see so wide,	我看到天地这么宽，这么宽，
Rivers and trees and cattle and all	我看到河流、树木和牛羊，
Over the countryside -----	我看到田野没有边，没有边……
Till I look down on the garden green,	我再往下看，绿色大花园，
Down on the roof so brown ----	棕色的屋顶在眼前，在眼前——
Up in the air I go flying again,	我重新又荡着秋千上蓝天，
Up in the air and down !	我在空中上下翻，上下翻!
