Brother's girlfriends play a surprisingly large role in season 6 of The Crown.

Ford also recently addressed the kismet that led to his casting at an EW and Netflix fan event in New York City. "I was at university," he told EW. "I was studying in Clairmont. And yes, I saw it online, but same as Meg, I hadn't gone to drama school. I had never acted before. I didn't know I was going to be an actor, or that wasn't in the plans. And my brother's girlfriend sent it to me and said, 'You know, why don't you do it? You're a ginger.'"
