On the one hand,from the perspective of the company, they will lose the talents who are qualified for the job, because the certificates cannot prove the applicants’ capability, as we all know, some certificates are fake. On the other hand, from the employees, they believe they have a high degree, but they still can’t meet the needs of the companies, which exerts an undesirable influence on their career plans or their mental health.
