世界各国法定结婚年龄一览

 

 

大多数国家的合法结婚年龄大多在18岁或16岁。联合国大多数国家的合法结婚年龄大多在18岁或16岁。联合国人权委员会认为，合法结婚年龄不应低于15岁。但因宗教、民族、种族、地区、生育政策等因素，尤其在穆斯林国家，法定结婚年龄普遍低。中国目前是世界上法定结婚年龄最高的国家。

 

美国：各州不一。部分州规定，如双方未满成年人年龄，须经父母同意方可结婚；有的州规定男子不满18岁、女子不满16岁者，即使父母同意也不能结婚；有些州规定为男21岁，女18岁；爱达荷、密西西比、新泽西和华盛顿等州则允许年满14岁的男孩、年满12岁的女孩结婚。

 

加拿大：安大略省婚姻法规定，凡年满21岁的加拿大公民，只要携带两种有照片的身份证明原件，就可到安省政府相关机构领取结婚证；不满21岁者，则在携带的两种身份证明上必须有出生证明，因为不满16岁不准结婚，满16岁的如要结婚，需经父母同意。

 

俄罗斯：在2002年以前，法定结婚年龄为16岁。2002年，俄国议会下院杜马通过了一项法案，准许将合法结婚年龄从16岁降低到14岁。

 

澳大利亚：1961年《结婚法》规定的男女法定婚龄分别为18周岁和16周岁。但是已满16周岁不满18周岁的男子以及已满14周岁不满16周岁的女子，经父母同意，由父母向法院申请，经申请被许可后，可以结婚。女孩如果已经未婚先孕，法院出于避免出现非婚生子女的考虑，往往会对结婚申请给予许可。1991年《反性别歧视法》修正案把男女法定结婚年龄统一为18周岁，经父母同意和法院许可才能结婚的年龄也相应的修改为16周岁以上不满18周岁（不分男女）。不过，有资料显示：澳大利亚法定结婚年龄为男21岁，女16岁。

 

韩国法定结婚年龄：男18岁、女16岁以上。未满20岁者，要申请结婚时必须有父母的同意。女子在婚姻6个月内不能申请再婚，但有医生的妊娠诊断证明可作例外处理。

 

印度法定结婚年龄是男孩为21岁，女孩18岁。

 

丹麦、波兰法定结婚年龄为男21岁，女18岁。

 

瑞士、挪威、越南法定结婚年龄为男20岁，女18岁。

 

德国、意大利、蒙古、秘鲁、英国、新加坡法定结婚年龄男女均为18岁。

 

罗马尼亚、巴基斯坦法定结婚年龄为男18岁，女16岁。

 

菲律宾法定结婚年龄为男16岁，女14岁。

 

伊朗法定结婚年龄为9岁。

 

荷兰法定结婚年龄为12岁；一说男18岁、女16岁。

 

法国、比利时法定结婚年龄为男18岁，女15岁。

 

日本法定结婚年龄为男18岁、女16岁。

 

巴西法定结婚年龄男女均为16岁。
