“我太难了”一般不用I'm so difficult./I'm so hard.来表达，而是用My life is so hard/difficult.

 

此外，虽然hard和difficult都可以表示“困难的、艰难的”，但它俩也是有区别的。

 

hard question/decision/test.

 

hard：习惯用来指体力和精神方面所感受到的困难与艰苦，程度没有difficult深，但语气比difficult强，多用于口语。

 

difficult question/decision/situation/problem etc.

 

difficult：习惯用来修饰需要运用智慧和技巧才能解决的问题，其程度要比hard深。

 

举个例子：

 

It's hard to keep this secret.

很难保守这个秘密。

 

We don't think it's difficult to learn a foreign language well .

我们认为学好一门外语并不难。

2.demanding要求高的，需要技能的，费力的

 

It is quite demanding.

这个做起来很费力。

 

3.hard going进展困难的

 

It is very hard going.

这个进展得比较困难。
