A group monitoring the confilct in Syria saysgoverment airstrikes have killed at least 37 civilians inan area controlled by Islamic State fighters.TheSyrian Observatory for Human Rights says sevenchildren and two women were among those killed inthe attack on Al-Bab and the nearby town ofQabaseen.The British-based group had previouslyput the death toll from the Thursday airstrikes at 21.
