“face the music” 可不是 “面对音乐”，真正的含义是承担后果、（为自己的行为）接受批评/惩罚、面对现实。
【例句】
Sooner or later, I'm going to have to face the music.
迟早我得自己承担后果。
He can't keep avoiding his responsibilities forever, eventually he will have to face the music.
他不能永远逃避责任，最后他还是要面对现实。
