Thick-skinned用在人身上，指“厚脸皮”，反之“脸皮薄”可以说thin-skinned。

例：

He was thick-skinned.

他脸皮很厚。

nerve除了有紧张的意思，还有“厚颜无耻，厚脸皮”的意思，需要注意的是它是名词，通常的用法是have the nerve

the rudeness to do something that you know will upset other people

例：

She's late for work every day, but she still has the nerve to lecture me about punctuality.

她天天迟到，居然还有脸教训我要准时。

She drove the car into a tree and then told me it was my fault for not concentrating, of all the nerve!

Cheeky用来形容人行为无礼，放肆，恬不知耻。如果有人拿你开玩笑有点过了，你可以警告对方一句“Stop being so cheeky!”或者“I want no more of your cheek!”

She's got such a cheeky grin.

她还厚着脸皮咧嘴笑呢。

Don't be so cheeky!

不要这么放肆!

厚颜无耻的，行为够大胆，脸皮足够厚

bold一词本身就有“无所畏惧”的意思。

例：

He is a bold-faced liar.

他是说谎眼都不眨，脸皮够厚。
